Patricia Wulf

PATRICIA WULF received her Virginia Real Estate license in 2005 and has concentrated in residential real estate.   She works the Winchester, Frederick, Loudoun, Clarke and Warren County markets and she is known for her excellent people skills.  She prides herself on keeping in close contact with her clients regarding feedback, sound real estate advice, and creative marketing.  "I am a people person and keeping my clients and customers satisfied brings me great joy.  I was born to sell!" 

Patricia has a degree in Vocal Performance and, prior to Real Estate, had a successful soloist career in Opera performing throughout the U.S.  She continues to record and perform for for various events and benefits concerts.  A voice faculty member at both Catholic and Shenandoah Universities for eleven years she now enjoys maintaining a private studio at her home and working with singers from all over the United States.  She teaches at the Piedmont School of Music in Upperville, Virginia and is an active  scholarship board member at  the school, as well as a board member of Loudoun Lyric Opera, a local company started by two students in her studio.  She enjoys swimming daily, and has her USA swim officiating and high school officials license.  Patricia also weight trains, entertains, and is both an excellent cook and a fine gardener with an active membership in the Greenway Garden Club of Clarke County.  She resides in Frederick County with her husband, a sculptor, and their two nearly perfect children.
