Clarke County Properties is the only full service real estate firm in the region offering real estate brokerage, appraisal, and consulting services. Founded in 1993, we are a small, efficient, highly trained and experienced firm. We use our real estate valuation knowledge, our understanding of zoning and planning issues, and our experienced negotiation skills to our clients' best advantage in contract negotiations.

Clarke County Properties operates in the Virginia counties of Clarke, Frederick, Warren, Fauquier, western Loudoun and the City of Winchester. We specialize in farms, land, rural residential, and investment real estate.  We also have considerable experience in suburban and small-lot residential home sales.  Our firm's resumes include a multiple winner of Presidential and Director's Sales Awards, a Certified General Appraiser with advanced farm and conservation easement training and experience, Accredited Land Consultant (ALC) certification and a Virginia Erosion and Sediment Control Inspector's license, as well as other professional designations in the real estate field.
