Jack is our principal broker, and a Virginia Certified General Real Estate Appraiser. He is a designated Master Farm and Land Appraised (MFLA), a Virginia Land Specialist (VLS), an Accredited Land Consultant (ALC), and is certified as a Conservation Easement Appraiser by the Appraisal Institute, American Society of Rural Appraisers, American Society of Appraisers, and the Land Trust Alliance. Jack has been in the Real Estate business for twenty-five years and specializes in farm and investment properties. His sales volume has earned the Blue Ridge Board of Realtors Presidents’ and Director’s Award multiple times. He has been active in related community affairs with service on the Clarke County Board of Zoning Appeals, the District Chairman of the Shawnee District for the Boy Scouts of America, and has spent many years on the renovations and construction, as well as the board of Powhatan School. As a past full time and now part time sheep and cattle farmer, and an embryo transfer technician, Jack has great experience in managing farms, both as a farm operator, and also for the preservation of value over time. Jack enjoys snowboarding and wakeboarding and is a licensed Emergency Medical Technician.
Patricia received her Virginia Real Estate license four years ago and has concentrated in residential real estate in the four surrounding counties of the City of Winchester, Frederick, Loudoun, Clarke and Warren County markets. She is known for her “people skills” and prides herself on keeping in close contact with her clients regarding feedback, sound real estate advice, and creative marketing. Patricia has a degree in Vocal Performance and prior to Real Estate, had a successful soloist career in Opera performing throughout the U.S. She continues to record and perform for benefits, such as Healthy Families, which aids expecting un-wed mothers with their medical bills and continued education. Patricia was a voice faculty member at both Catholic and Shenandoah Universities for eleven years and continues to enjoy teaching at her private studio at home. She loves to entertain and is both a fine gardener and an excellent cook!
Elizabeth is a Licensed Residential Real Estate Appraiser with the state of Virginia. She has been appraising properties in Clarke, Warren, Frederick Counties and the City of Winchester for 16 years. Before becoming an appraiser, Elizabeth was a licensed Virginia Real Estate Agent working primarily in Clarke County. As an appraiser, Elizabeth specializes in Clarke and Warren County properties. She is not afraid of difficult valuation problems and is always willing to explain her opinions to clients and/or lenders.
Dee manages the accounting and finances for several commercial real estate investment companies in which Jack is involved. These investments include multi-family, commercial, vacant land, and farm properties. In addition, Dee provides day to day administrative assistance and lends her support to numerous special projects. Dee also works with Jack on real estate appraisals, a detailed task she especially enjoys for the opportunity it affords to learn more about Clarke County’s vibrant agricultural community. Although her children are now grown, she continues to actively support the Boy Scout Troop to which her sons belonged. Her free time is devoted to tending her goats and family’s cattle.
