We preview the property so that again, your time is not wasted and when we find a property that meets your criteria, we welcome you to visit.
Below is an example of some guidelines and questions to consider when you begin your search for a new home or property. Remember too, the more information you can give us about what you would like or need in your prospective new home, the faster and easier it is to find the property best suited to you.
*What style of home do you have in mind? For example, new, historic, handy man special, stone, frame, brick? *Do you have a preferred number of bedrooms and baths? *Do you want or require a basement? *Is it important that you have a garage? *Do you have a need for other out buildings, and do you need acreage for livestock? *How far do you want to travel to work?
*Are there any other items or required amenities you must have in your new home, like a pool or in-law suite, handicap accessible, etc.? *At what price range are you most comfortable?
With the current real estate market, it is very important that you obtain a pre qualifying letter from your bank to accompany any offers you make on a property. You can begin this process with your lender as soon as you are "serious" about purchasing a new piece of property or residence.
