Clarke County Properties is a local boutique real estate firm serving the Shenandoah Valley and neighboring counties of the Virginia Piedmont and West Virginia. We specialize in farms and land, and particularly enjoy matching buyers with the right property, but are happy to work with sellers of residential and commercial real estate as well.

Our philosophy is quality over quantity. Although we take on fewer listings than some, we pride ourselves on the attention given to each of our clients. Knowledge of the area (including many properties not listed on the open market) combined with long experience in farm management and as appraisers allows Clarke County Properties to provide a unique service resulting in one of the highest percentages of listings sold in the region.
